Google permissions for oAuth

In order for Kanoppi to work seamlessly, several permissions are granted by users during the standard oAuth flow.

Below is a list of Google permissions we ask and what Kanoppi uses them for.

Google Analytics (Read)

This permission is used by Kanoppi to retrieve analytics so we can create custom reporting dashboards inside WordPress.

At Kanoppi, we pride ourselves in making the integration between Google Analytics and WordPress as seamless as possible. We ask for the read permission so we can easily access your Google Analytics data on a daily basis.

The data we are collecting

  • Number of page views on desktop and mobile
  • Country (location) of the visitors

We also check the number (%) of repeat visits.

We do not store any personably identifiable information about your visitors.
